Franz Fenninger PhD

Dr. Fenninger completed his undergraduate degree in Computational Molecular Biology at Graz University of Technology in Austria, followed by a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology with Dr. Wilf Jefferies at UBC. He is now a Senior Scientist in Dr. Keown’s research group.

Dr Fenninger has a strong interest in immune monitoring. He utilizes machine learning and other computational tools to derive signatures of different diseases states from various experimental platforms, including immunophenotyping, metabolomics and proteomics.
