COFFEE BREAK SPONSORSHIP - FOUR OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE

$1,500 each

Symposium coffee breaks are not just about fuel for body, but also about fostering connections. As a coffee break sponsor, your organization’s logo will be featured in the symposium website sponsor section, mentioned in the symposium agenda and the welcome presentation at the start of the conference will acknowledge your support. A table top logo will be featured in the break room. You will have the option to display one pop-up banner in the room during the break (material to be pre-approved by the symposium organiser).

Should you wish, the coffee break sponsor can have a 5-minute spotlight presentation slot during the industry highlights session in the afternoon of December 12 to present the latest news from your organization. This opportunity includes 1 additional symposium registration per sponsor.

PLENARY SESSION SPEAKER SPONSORSHIP - SIX OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE

$2,500 each

The six plenary sessions - Immune Monitoring, Epitope Biology, Clinical Outcomes, Immune Health & Dysfunction, Clinical Trials/Therapeutics and Advanced Technology - will feature three speakers each. These sessions will focus on novel and cutting-edge research in the field. The sponsor funds will be used towards the travel and hosting costs of selected speakers. You may suggest speakers for your sponsored session, but the final speaker approval is done by the organizers based on merit and talk content.

As a plenary session sponsor your organization’s logo will be featured in the symposium website sponsor section, mentioned in the symposium agenda, the welcome presentation at the start of the conference will acknowledge your support and the intro slide at the start of the session will acknowledge your support for the session speaker. Should you wish, your organization can have a 5-minute spotlight presentation slot during the industry highlights session in the afternoon of December 12 to present the latest news from your organization. You may request a particular session to sponsor, however, availability is first come first served and at the discretion of the symposium organizer. This opportunity includes one additional symposium registration per sponsor.

LUNCHEON - TWO OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE

$3,500 each

In addition to nutrition, lunch breaks provide important networking opportunities for the symposium delegates. As a lunch sponsor, your organization’s logo will be featured in the symposium website sponsor section, mentioned in the symposium agenda and the welcome presentation at the start of the conference will acknowledge your support. Signage to the luncheon and the menu displayed in the room will include your organization’s logo to acknowledge your support. You will have the option to display one pop-up banner in the lunch room, and provide swag bags or promotional literature in the lunch room (materials to be pre-approved by the symposium organiser).

Should you wish, the lunch sponsor can have a 5-minute spotlight presentation slot during the industry highlights session on the afternoon of December 12 to present the latest news from your organization, or alternatively a spot in the panel discussion on December 13 during the closing session. This opportunity includes 2 additional symposium registrations.

SPEAKER AND EARLY CAREER RESEARCHERS DINNER - EXCLUSIVE

$5,000

The Precision Medicine in Transplantation Research Excellence Cluster is all about fostering connections. Our symposium speakers, moderators, mentors and participating ECRs will be invited to a hosted dinner to network and initiate productive collaborations on the evening of symposium day 1 (December 12). Expected participant number is 40-50 guests.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Speaker and ECR Dinner, your organization’s table-top logo will be featured in the welcome area for the dinner, you will have the option to display one pop-up banner in the dining room and provide printed materials or swag bags to the attendees (materials to be pre-approved by the symposium organizers). Your organization’s logo will be featured in the symposium website sponsor section, mentioned in the symposium agenda and the welcome presentation as the Exclusive Speaker and ECR Dinner Sponsor. You have the option of delivering the dinner’s welcome remarks. Your representatives can be allocated one seat per dinner table of 10 guests, max 6 representatives.

Should you wish, the sponsor can have a 10-minute presentation slot during the industry highlights session on the afternoon of December 12 to present the latest news from your organization, or alternatively a spot in the panel discussion on December 13 during the closing session. Please note that this session will not be mentioned in the official symposium agenda, as it is not open to everyone, but the selected invitees will get a separate invitation featuring your organisation’s logo. This opportunity includes 3 additional symposium registrations.

General sponsorship information

Please note that the dollar amounts mentioned in each of the sponsorship packages are the maximums, but your organization will be billed based on actual costs of the selected sponsored event, up to the agreed amount. The catering and travel arrangement details will be managed by the symposium organization, and you will receive one invoice only.
